IntegrationsManaging Your Connected Accounts (SP, ADS, DSP, AMC)
After you have successfully authorized TrackIQ to access your Amazon accounts, you have full granular control over which specific data streams are imported for each of your brands. Scroll down to the Connected Accounts table on your Settings > Connections page to manage your active integrations. π’ 1. Activating or Deactivating a Brand In the Status column, you will see a toggle switch next to each brand name. - Active (Toggled On): TrackIQ will actively pull and analyze data for this brand. - Inactive (Toggled Off): Data syncing will pause for this brand. This is useful if you no longer manage a specific client or want to temporarily hide their data from your dashboard. π 2. Connecting Specific Data Modules TrackIQ allows you to connect different "pipes" of data for each brand independently. You will see columns with "Connect" buttons for the following modules: - SP (Selling Partner): Connect this to import your core retail metrics. This includes your daily sales, organic orders, pricing, and inventory levels. - ADS (Amazon Ads): Connect this to bring in your standard advertising performance, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. - DSP (Demand-Side Platform): If you run programmatic display or video ads through Amazon DSP, connect this module to track your upper-funnel marketing metrics. - AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud): Connect this to unlock advanced, custom analytics and cross-channel attribution data directly from Amazon's clean room. How to connect a module: Simply click the Connect button under the respective column for your brand. You may be asked to confirm the authorization. Once connected, the button will update to show that the integration is active, and TrackIQ will begin fetching the relevant insights!

Using TrackIQ FeaturesUnderstanding Your AI Insights & Alerts
Think of the AI Insights page as your 24/7 Amazon watchdog. Instead of manually digging through spreadsheets to find out why sales dropped, TrackIQβs AI scans your entire catalog and surfaces the exact issues you need to look at right now. Here is how to navigate and manage your automated alerts. π¦ 1. Alert Categories (The Triage System) At the top of the main insights area, you will see your alerts neatly categorized by severity. This helps you prioritize your morning tasks: - π΄ Critical: These are urgent issues that are directly costing you money right now (e.g., Zero Sales Day, Out of Stock). Handle these first! - π‘ Warnings: Potential issues that need your attention before they become critical (e.g., Buy Box Lost, Conversion Rate Drops). - π΅ Informational: General updates and optimization opportunities (e.g., New positive review, Inventory arrived). [Tip: Sisipkan screenshot area Tab/Filter Kategori di sini] πͺͺ 2. Reading an Alert Card Each alert is displayed as a card containing everything you need to understand the issue at a glance: - The Core Issue: The bold text tells you exactly what happened (e.g., "Zero Sales Day! This product had zero sales yesterday"). - Product Details: You will see the product name, ASIN, and its current status. - Key Metrics: Quick stats like Price, Rank, and BSR to give you immediate context without having to leave the page. βοΈ 3. Managing Your Alerts (Dismissing) TrackIQ acts as your radar. Once you are aware of an issue and have taken action in your Amazon Seller Central, you can clear the alert from your TrackIQ dashboard to keep your workspace clean. - Dismiss Single Alert: Click the Dismiss button on a specific alert card once you have reviewed it. - Dismiss All: If you have reviewed everything and want to clear your board, click the Dismiss All Alerts button in the top right corner. π 4. Tracking with Alert History Accidentally dismissed an alert or want to see recurring issues? Look at the Alert History panel on the right side of your screen. This provides a chronological timeline of all your past alerts, making it easy to track the historical health of your products and see when specific issues (like losing the Buy Box) occurred.
GeneralUnderstanding ROAS and Key Amazon Advertising Metrics
Understanding ROAS **Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)** measures how much revenue you make for every dollar spent on advertising. The formula is simple: ROAS = Total Revenue / Total Ad Spend **Example:** If you spend $1,000 on ads and generate $5,000 in revenue, your ROAS is 5:1 (or 5x). **Healthy Benchmarks:** Most Amazon sellers aim for ROAS of 2.5x to 5x, depending on: - Product margins - Market competition - Business goals A 3:1 ROAS means you're making $3 for every $1 spent, leaving room for costs and profit.## Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) **ACoS** is the inverse of ROAS and shows what percentage of sales revenue goes toward advertising. ACoS % = (Total Ad Spend / Total Sales) Γ 100 **Example:** $1,000 in ad spend with $5,000 in revenue = 20% ACoS **Target ACoS:** Ranges from 15-40% depending on margins. Lower is better, but must be sustainable for growth. Click-Through Rate (CTR) **CTR** measures how many people click your ad versus impressions. CTR % = (Clicks / Impressions) Γ 100 Typical Amazon PPC CTR ranges from 0.2% to 2.0%. A declining CTR may indicate: - Stale ad creative - Poor keyword relevance - Increased competition Conversion Rate**Conversion Rate** shows what percentage of clicks result in purchases. Conversion Rate % = (Purchases / Clicks) Γ 100 Average Amazon conversion rates are 10-15% for PPC. If yours is lower: - Review product quality/pricing - Improve product listing - Check for technical issues Cost Per Click (CPC)**CPC** is what Amazon charges per ad click. CPC = Total Ad Spend / Total Clicks Factors affecting CPC: - Keyword competition - Product category - Bid amount - Quality Score Key Metrics SummaryTrack these together for comprehensive campaign analysis:- **ROAS:** Profitability (higher is better) - **ACoS:** Cost efficiency (lower is better) - - **CTR:** Ad appeal (higher is better) - - **Conversion Rate:** Product appeal (higher is better) - - **CPC:** Cost efficiency (lower is better)
