Need a polished report to send to a client, a manager, or your own team — without building slides from scratch? Business Reports lets you generate a fully customized report in seconds with AI, or build one manually with drag-and-drop widgets, using your real Amazon data.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Accessing Business Reports
On the left-hand sidebar, click on Reports to expand the menu, then select Business Reports.
You'll land on the main Business Reports page. Here you can see a table listing every report you've created, with columns for Logo, Report Title, Mode, Description, Date Range, Slides/Pages, and Created date — along with the usual Search, Filters, Manage Columns, and Export tools.
In the top-right corner, there are three main buttons: Templates (to reuse a layout you've saved before), AI Report Generator, and Create Business Report.

Step 2: Generating a Report with AI
Click AI Report Generator to open its dialog. Here, you can see:
- Quick start: six ready-made report types you can jump straight into — Executive Review, Weekly Ops, Product Deep-Dive, Vendor Scorecard, DSP Performance, and Diagnostic.
- Describe the report: a free-text box (up to 5,000 characters) where you describe exactly what you want — for example, mentioning the audience, the metrics to include, and the decision the report should support.
- Report type: choose between Slides (a 7–10 slide deck, one focus per slide, and supports scheduling) or Dashboard.
- Date range and an optional Comparison range you can toggle on to compare against a prior period.
Once you've filled this in, click Generate Report and TrackIQ will build the report for you automatically.

Step 3: Creating a Report Manually
If you'd rather build a report yourself, click Create Business Report instead. This opens a setup dialog starting on the General tab, where you can see:
- Report Mode: Slides (presentation-style, 1320×720, supports scheduling) or Dashboard.
- Template: a dropdown to start from Blank Report or a previously saved template.
- Report Title and Date Range (both required), plus an optional Comparison Date Range and Report Description.
- Brand Logo: an upload option so your report carries your branding.
On the left side of this dialog, you'll also notice the categories you'll be able to customize once the report is created — Layout Widgets (Cover Design, Header Design, Footer Design, Weekly Header, Section Divider, Quote/Callout, Thank You) and Data Widgets (KPI Design, Chart Colors, Table Design).
Once your details are filled in, click Create Report.

Step 4: Building Your Report in the Editor
After creating a report, you'll land in the report builder. On the left, you can see a Slides panel showing your current slide(s) as thumbnails, with a + Add Slide button to add more, and below that a Widgets panel grouped into categories: Layout (8), KPIs (3), Charts (12), Tables (6), Insights (3), and AI-Powered (8) — each expandable to reveal the individual widgets inside.
At the top of the page, you'll find the report's date range, along with Settings, Save as Template, Download, and Save buttons.

Step 5: Configuring a Widget
Drag any widget from the left panel onto the canvas to add it to your slide. For example, dragging a KPI Card from the KPIs category adds it to the canvas, and a configuration panel opens on the right, where you can see three tabs:
- Data Source: choose the Source (e.g. Portfolios) and the Metrics you want the card to display (e.g. Clicks).
- Config and Style: further tabs to adjust the widget's settings and appearance (not shown here, but available alongside Data Source).
Click Load Data in the top-right of this panel to populate the widget with real numbers. Hovering over a widget on the canvas also reveals quick actions to refresh, duplicate, or delete it.

Step 6: Customizing Report-Wide Settings
Click the Settings button in the top bar to open Report Settings, which lets you customize the look of your entire report. On the left, you can see the same General, Colors & Fonts, Layout Widgets, and Data Widgets categories from Step 3 — but now fully editable.
For example, selecting Cover Design shows a gallery of ready-made cover page styles to choose from — including Dark Gradient, Split Panel, Minimal White, Full Bleed Color, Corner Accent, and Minimal Analytics, each with a live preview of how your title and branding will look.
Once you've picked your styles, click Apply Settings to update the report.

That's it! Whether you let AI generate a complete report in one step, or build and style each slide yourself, Business Reports gives you a polished, shareable output built directly from your Amazon data.
