You can **cancel anytime**. You keep access until the end of your billing cycle, and **your data remains securely stored**.

No notice period, no exit interview, and nothing is deleted the moment you click.

## **What happens, in order**

| When | What |
|---|---|
| You cancel | nothing changes yet |
| Until the end of your billing cycle | **full access** — the plan you paid for, unchanged |
| After that | access ends; **your data remains stored** |

The middle row is the one people miss. Cancelling is not the same as switching off. You have already paid for the current period, and you keep everything for the rest of it.

That has a practical consequence: **cancel when you decide, not when the cycle ends.** Waiting until the last day risks rolling into another period by accident, and gains you nothing, because the access you have paid for runs to the same date either way.

## **Your data is not deleted**

Your data remains securely stored, and you maintain full ownership of it at all times.

That matters for two reasons.

**Coming back is not starting over.** Reconnecting later is not the same as onboarding from scratch.

**Amazon history is not something you can re-download at will.** Some of what TrackIQ holds — historical Search Query Performance weeks, AMC monthly cohorts — arrives on Amazon's schedule and accumulates over time. That is exactly the kind of history that is painful to rebuild.

## **Worth doing before your access ends**

While you still have the plan you paid for, spend twenty minutes on the things that are awkward to get afterwards.

**Export what you actually use.** Every table has an **Export** control, and exports respect your filters and column choices. Prioritise the long-range views — a year of daily sales, your SQP weeks, your rank history.

**Save your reports.** A Slides business report can be read without logging in and forwarded to anyone. Generate the ones you would otherwise miss.

**Write down your rules.** If you have tuned Rule-Based Optimization thresholds over months, that tuning is knowledge. Capture the conditions and look-back windows somewhere outside the product.

**Note your connected sources and marketplaces**, so a future reconnection does not turn into a scavenger hunt.

## **Consider a downgrade instead**

Cancelling is not the only way to spend less, and it is often not the best one.

**Moving down a plan** keeps your account and all of your history, and you can go back up at any time. **Starter** keeps the dashboard, alerts, Aria and rule automation. **MCP Only** at $69 keeps full data access through your own AI assistant, without the web application.

That last option is worth naming, because it is the one people do not think of. If what you actually want is to stop paying for a product your team stopped logging into, MCP Only keeps the data reachable at a fraction of the cost — and the data is usually the part that was working.

## **If you are cancelling because something did not work**

Two problems account for most of it, and both are fixable rather than fundamental.

**“The screens were empty.”** Usually a connection that expired quietly or data that had not arrived yet — SQP publishes weekly, AMC monthly. See [**My Dashboard Is Empty**](https://kb.trackiq.com/hc/knowledge-base/articles/my-dashboard-is-empty).

**“The numbers did not match Seller Central.”** Usually ad sales compared against total sales, or attribution windows that had not closed. See [**Why Do My Numbers Not Match Seller Central?**](https://kb.trackiq.com/hc/knowledge-base/articles/why-dont-my-numbers-match-seller-central)

Neither is a reason to leave if that was the whole of it. It is worth five minutes checking before you decide.
